WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Thank you to everyone who signed petitions in early 2024 in support of the library. We came within one day of losing our current premises in June!

If necessary, we are safe in our current location until the end of June 2026, but it is possible that we will relocate to smaller premises before then, and whatever happens, we will become responsible for ALL our running costs from July of 2025. This may require us to generate an estimated annual amount of £65K to keep going at 265 Chingford Mount Road. We will also be responsible for all the fitting out costs in any new location.If we are unable to do this, our future will again be in jeopardy, once more risking losing a key community space and events venue open to all at the heart of Chingford Mount.
